Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you bring home from Mintas Studio. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.
Furniture Returns
Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery
Eligible only if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Product has major manufacturing flaws
Conditions:
Must be unused and in original packaging
Photos/videos of the issue must be shared within 48 hours of delivery
Pickup will be arranged after approval
No returns on customized or made-to-order items (unless damaged)
Note: Slight variations in wood grains, polish, or fabric are part of the handcrafted character.
Textile Returns
(Cushions, Quilts, Throws, etc.)
Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery
Accepted if:
The item is defective, not as described, or wrongly delivered
Conditions:
Must be
unwashed,
unused, and in original condition
Returns for
size or variant issues allowed as exchange (subject to stock)
Refunds will be processed after product inspection
Non-Returnable Items
Used or washed items
Clearance or sale products
Custom-size textiles or bespoke upholstered furniture
